A Sligo woman who has been living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) for the last 20 years is using her experience to help and educate others.

Ruth Flood will be hosting a free talk by Dr Nigel Speight, ME Expert from UK at the Glasshouse Hotel on May 9.
