According to Matt Cooper, interviewed by the Sunday Independent’s Niamh Horan last December, the deal done over their new podcast could be “the biggest sponsorship deal ever done for an Irish podcast”.

And Ivan Yates, his co-presenter on the political podcast Path to Power, quipped that the deal was so big he was “embarrassed by it”.
