A temporary injunction has been secured by Irish medical device firm Creganna against one of its senior executives to prevent him from joining a rival, as it seeks to enforce a 12-month non-compete clause.

Niall Cullen, who most recently was in charge of a unit with multi-annual revenue of hundreds of millions of euro, has been offered a job with Irish firm Lake Region Medical, which is part of the international Integar group.
