The main part of the farm at Rassan has been leased at €530/ac
In a turn-up for the books a tillage farmer paid €530/ac per annum for the 10-year lease of a 90ac dairy farm straddling the Louth/Monaghan county boundary.
The farm is in two blocks, with the main portion of c70ac at Rassan, Hackballscross, Co Louth and Drumboat, Inniskeen, Co Monaghan; and a19ac out-farm that was used for fodder harvesting at Mullaghunshinagh, Inniskeen.
