Wicklow EuroMillions Plus players are having a week to remember, with not one but two players winning the top prize of €500,000 in less than seven days.

Tuesday night’s draw saw a lucky player in the Bray area win the massive sum after purchasing their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at Circle K Bray South on the Dublin Road.

The National Lottery has urged players to check their tickets carefully as one player now has a ticket worth €500,000, noting that the winner should sign the back of their ticket, keep it safe and make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to collect their prize.

The Tuesday night win comes just days after an online player in Wicklow got their weekend off to a celebratory start after scooping the same prize in Friday’s EuroMillions Plus draw.

“EuroMillions players in Wicklow are certainly on to a good thing with two top prize wins of €500,000 just days apart,” a National Lottery spokesperson said.

“We are appealing to all of our players who may have purchased a ticket at the Circle K Bray South to check their tickets carefully today as one player has a prize worth an incredible €500,000 waiting for them.

“The winner should contact our prize claims team as soon as possible, and arrangements will be made for them to pop into Lotto HQ to officially claim their prize.”

“Tuesday night’s EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws saw over 42,000 players in Ireland win prizes, with the Wicklow player taking the title of largest winner in Ireland,” they added.

“There was no winner of the massive jackpot on offer, which was worth €106,321,540, which means that Friday’s jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €120 million.”
