Campbell Catering was founded in the 1960s by Paddy (76) and his wife Veronica. It grew to become a massive catering group which took over the Bewleys coffee brand before being bought out by Aramark for over €60m. He is now an acclaimed sculptor based in Italy and several pieces of his work adorn the newly refurbished Bewleys on Grafton Street.
